And physical Fitness in a fun and supportive environment. The following classes are available.

Ages 5-8 years: Tailored sessions focusing on fundamental movements, basic techniques, and building a strong foundation in Martial Arts.

Ages 9-14 years: These classes are designed to enhance skill, introduce complex techniques, and encourage team work and leadership. 

Ages 15yrs And up can join the Adults Classes.
This age group are welcome to a free introduction into this class.

Highest Ranked Instructor: Steve Jones your head Instructor is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and has trained for 25yrs. 

Experienced Academy: Our main academy RGA Chester was established in 2015.

Kyle came to the 2024 Europeans to compete after 3 months training, and then took the Gold on his 2nd Competition in Feb.
