RGA Vale Road Rhyl Memberships.

Adults Membership is £70 a month and is paid by DD through the EFC LTD. The EFC manage Martial Arts Clubs Worldwide and educate us on how to run an Academy effectively, and how to give you the customer the best possible service. We ask for 30 days notice if you wish to cancel the membership.

Yearly Membership for Adults you can pay upfront for the year which costs £600. This price includes all classes and gradings. 

Family Membership is £100 per month, so you can invite any Family Member to come and train and maybe even get your kids into the training.

Kids and Teens Membership £70 per month, we recommend that the kids train twice a week to get a full experience and progressive growth from the classes and their membership. The coaches will be able to pass on some fantastic lessons to them.

30 Days notice upon cancellation. To join the Academy we request you agree to our 30 days notice to cancel policy. This must be done by calling the EFC LTD who handle the Direct Debits. 

RGA Rhyl Fundamentals Programme.

We follow a specifically designed Fundamentals Programme that progresses our students through the BJJ positions and Techniques. The Programme is taught on a rotation so you can join inat any time. It's a perfect way for a Beginner or experienced BJJ Student to home in on their skills and become proficient.

You do not need to be fit to start training, we will get you fit along the way and as you develop skills your body will adjust to it's newfound fitness level. You will be rewarded and Graded for your learning with us. We take notice of each and every student who trains. We hold main Gradings twice a year for our Students and they are included in the Membership.


How to start BJJ.

Some easy steps and advice to follow.

Find an Academy and start a trial to make sure it is for you. You will probably be supplied with a Uniform during your free trial. You do not need to get fit to start or to do the trial. You will be introduced to the Techniques and learn how the classes are run.

Once you decide to join you will need at least one Uniform / BJJ Gi. You will have to wash this after every session and have it ready and clean at the start of every class. Further down the line you will probably get a 2nd Uniform. You'll need a Rash Guard also and Shorts for No-Gi.

Now you're training enjoy yourself and respect your training partners. You're all training with the same goals in mind. Learn the Fundamentals and get good at your Guard Game, ask questions in class and pay attention to your Instructor during classes.

Personal BJJ Sessions Available.

If you want the personal touch to  learning we offer 1-2-1 coaching. This can be done during the day whilst classes aren't running at the Academy. We can also involve some Life Coaching depend on what you'd like to achieve.

Kyle's 2nd Comp gets Gold.

Kyle came to the 2024 Europeans to compete after 3 months training, and then took the Gold on his 2nd Competition in Feb.
